Got one step closer to my Trauma Triage set today, I bought Trauma Team and actually got it less that regular price. Now I just need to find 2nd Opinion for cheap.
In ToS I tried to find any place that I missed, but all I could find were a couple of conversation points, so I went on to the Light spirit. The plan was that once the final summon was collected the mana seed would be free to grow into a tree and both worlds will have ample mana. That's not how it went though...
Turns out that the mana seed got corrupted, so when I beat the Light spirit a giant twisted tree burst out from the ground, taking the largest city in the world out on the way, and threatening to destroy the world as it grows. The up side is that the renegades were building a super power cannon for other reasons but volunteered it to destroy the tree, the down side is that I had to tackle another human ranch before they could fire it.
The ranch was much sorter that the previous ones and it was more just a series of avoiding lasers and collecting tons of good loot. In the end we had to fight the git who got me kicked out of the village in the first place, but after nearly dying (only 1 party member left with 50 health) we beat him and the cannon blew up the tree. While leaving the ranch though, the bad guy came back Die Hard style and shot at the chosen right before I stabbed him. The chosen survived, but the blast revealed that she's slowly crystallizing due to the magic stone she has.
At this point the "Please insert disc 2" prompt came up, and I was a little worried if it would work on the Wii since it mentioned opening the game cube lid. Fortunately it played no problem and tomorrow it's off to explore Disc 2 and find how to fix the Chosen.
