Did a few more missions for that Irish family today, mostly killing off old acquaintances of the oldest brother, also did a government mission where I had to fly a helicopter while a Rastafarian blew up another helicopter with an RPG.
I'm beginning to think all this is the story, such that it is. Niko just goes around and interacts with different people in each act, and the acts change when his cousin gets him a new place. There is no over all narative or plot, just several little vignettes (some interconnected) that the player experiences as the go through the game. first act was the cousin's friends and local mobsters, second act was drug dealers and ganstas, and third act is this Irish family and the feds. there is one more section of the map that I haven't had many missions in yet so the 4th act will probably take place there and i'm betting it will be with politicians and CEO's (going up the crime scale).
