Explored more of New Vegas today yet didn't find too much of note, most of the really interesting places are plot related so I just quickly passed them in order to fast travel when I get to those plots. One such location is what apparently is an arena, proving again that every WRPG has an arena.
Along the way I manged to kill enough Fiends and Raider with my energy weapons to get the 10,000 hit point achievement, so now it's on to explosives (which will be easier but more dangerous). Conveniently my nest stop was a weapons shop where I traded in all my energy weapons (except the rechargeable laser) for caps and bombs. Then since it was not a plot point and had no repercussions I stormed the fun factory to try out my new bombs.
Turns out that people in a gun factory are well armed. After they shot me to pieces a few times my character died so hard the 360 crashed, so I took that as a sign to call it a night.
