Treading water

Finished the water temple today, and surprisingly there wasn't a series of boss battles at the end. the temple itself though was a slow slog solving puzzles while spending most of the time walking under water very slowly. The end boss was an annoying turtle monster that made itself invincible every few turns, so it was a long series of charging up an attack and hopping that the thing didn't become invulnerable just when I attacked.

In an interesting change, the plot related events happened after getting the crystal and not before. The empire showed up and with the help of the evil looking advisers they imprisoned the king, so now we have to go find the banished prince to sort the mess out (it's a lot like the events in Rohan).
