Finished off another sub-area today and saved Luigi twice.
One intresting hidden star was in a section twice as big as the normal level it was in. The first time through the level I just had to hop and skate around some ice-water sction and make my way to the top for a boss fight. The second time through I had to freeze some out of the way pipes and jump with perfect timing to get to a secret part of the level, then I had to avoid thwomps, kill ice bats, dodge boulders, and make huge jumps, all while racing to the next fire flower since they only last 30 seconds.
More stars to get tomorrow, and most likely saving Luigi some more.
