Persona 4 - Day 9

I finally got my pre-order P4 art book! The EB-games that I got my copy at only received 3 wit their their first order so i had to wait until more came in. Unfortunately I didn't see Teddie's warning about the major plot spoilers in the book until after i flipped through and saw a spoiler image I can't unsee! Oh well, now I can't wait to get to the plot point that explains what I saw.

Also I think I figured out the connection to all the attacks (not related to what i saw in the art book). All the people thrown into the TV were people in town that had recently been on the news! The reporter was covered in that scandal, Saki was interviewed for finding the body, Yukiko was interviewed for running the inn so young, and Kanji was on the report about the bikers! I got the idea after thinking about what Yosuke said about how maybe the the killer was getting his kicks by watching the midnight channel.

Ok, back to the game...

May 20th

A rather uneventful day, nothing happened at school and Tokka's time at the day care didn't increase his social rank.

May 21st

On the way to school Tokka over hears some girls talking about "Tanaka's Amazing Commodities" coming up on Sunday. Later, at soccer practice, the team is finally starting to warm up to Tokka now that they see him as a good player.

After practice Tokka goes out and eats with the coaches again and his Strength socal rank increases again. That night at home Tokka starts on his new book, which gradually raises his understanding level.

May 22nd

Tokka finally has a Sunday free and gets to watch "Tanaka's Amazing Commodities", and the prices are actually not that bad. A change from P3 is that now Tanaka (who looks rather bored) offers a choice of 2 different deals, this week was either a set with shoes or a set with a medicine kit, so of course I got the shoes for Chie (though i don't know if they are any better than her current ones). While wandering around the shopping district Tokka bumps into Yukiko and decides to spend some time with her.

Yukiko tells Tokka that she now agrees with what her shadow said about not wanting to run the inn and that she is now looking into starting her own career. Tokka also mentions to her the part time jobs listed on the bulletin board, this all increases his social link with her. Back at home Tokka reads again the book he got and this time it increases his understanding rank!
