Well that's 38.1 down...

Finished Phantasy Star today, and it ended much like I expected.

After tracking down a couple final piece of equipment, I made a mad dash to the lair of the main bad guy, running away from pretty much every monster I came cross. In the end it was a 1 to 1 battle against the evil king and the main protagonist who's brother was killed by the king's men (the other 3 party members were killed off). After beating the evil king the party (after being revived at the church) goes to the governor (the same that we bribed with short cake) to tell him the good news. Unfortunately he was possessed by a evil demon, giving a twist final boss battle (probably original back in 87). Then after several tries I was able to kill the demon and the main character becomes Queen of all 3 inhabited planets in the solar system!

The end credits were kind of odd, they were written on the wall of a dungeon, and most did not seem real (like "April Fool" as the writer). So tomorrow the story picks up 1000 years later with Phantasy Star II!
