Suit up!

I spent most of the time playing today just going around to various places in the worlds and picking up powerful items or equipment. If I wasn't going by a walk-through this game would most likely be super frustrating and much longer since things a just arbitrarily placed.

Want a magic gem? Well you need to find the hidden cavern. To find the cave you need to visit the city of poison gas. to get through the gas you need the gas shield. To get the shield you need to find the hidden shop on an oil rig. To find the oil rig you need a hovercraft. to find the hovercraft you need yo talk to a random person in a village on the farthest point of the map.

And what does the magic gem do? I have no idea yet, but odds are it's just another link in the line of things needed to kill the final guy. Or maybe you just sell it for a lot of money, who knows...
