The power of silly hats!

Well, after trekking through the maze of levles in the center of the map, I finally made my way to one of the cities. Only to find that there was no humans (other than the old women that ran the cloning booths), but also the local population did not speak my language. I then traveled to the other 2 cities on the world map and found the same thing, and without being able to speak the language the party could not buy items, use the teleporters, or even get healed. I then looked in the walk through and found that one of the weird named hats I picked up when I first landed on the planet would allow the party to speak the local language and use shops. From here on it was much easier on the planet, I would keep the party close to a city and attack the powerful monsters and robots with the strongest spells. I didn't have to worry about the SP or HP since I would get 1,000$ to 3,000$ for each monster and it only cost 60$ to heal the whole party.

The most disturbing part about grinding this area though are the zombie rabbits. They range from pale green to reddish brown and are constantly stuffing their intestines back into the hole in their abdomen. Giant death tanks are no problem, but 6 of these things in a row are as tough as they are nauseating.

So tomorrow I should be able to wrap up the rest of the grinding and make my way to find the mysterious unaging man that the locals keep talking about.
