Well my first case on the Vice squad wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My partner manged to down back his racist jerk levels to more manageable level.
The case was about a drug trafficking ring dealing with military grade morphine, and after running all over the city it lead back to a warehouse that was shipping it in blocks of ice.
It seems that at the end of each disc there is a spike in side missions that come up. the end of the first disc had those 7 missions in a row, and this case had 4 missions come up and it was the last case on disc 2.
