More intrigue than pro wrestling!

Went briefly back to Fable 2 to get that million dollar castle and a couple related achievements then on to paper Mario.

The arena circuit was a lot more interesting than the other ones I played in RPGs, while going up the ranks Mario had to investigate where the star crystal was. Along the way he got a new party member, a yoshi I called Metroid, received help from a mysterious X, uncovered the disappearance of former champions, and beat the Rawk for that championship. A lot more interesting than just fighting 7-12 waves of bad guy.

In the end it turned out that the owner of the pace was using the star crystal to drain the power of former champions to keep himself young and strong, and I think X is the suspicious manager.

Unfortunately I went into the final fight under prepared and the boss trounced me in a couple rounds. Tomorrow I'll restore from a save and stock up on items first.
