Finished off the police side quests, where I basically went around stopping people (as violently as possible) from doing the same side quests that I was doing. One was doing the destruction quest and even had scores coming up as he blew stuff up. Also there was one part where I had to stop a fight between pirates and ninjas, and the dispatcher said "Internet memes have gone too far!" (pronouncing it as me-mes...).
Then I did one of each gang missions and 2 of each gang strongholds.
