Finished the Reilly's Rangers quest today and then explored the northern portion of the map.
I Found Fort Constantine for the You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head quest, the radio tower for the Pitt quest, the Oasis, and several miscellaneous locations. I Also got to level 27 and took the perk that gives me instantly all the schematics at level 3 (so I don't have to run around for them).
Tomorrow I'll talk with Harold more.
